How hard is it being a GM in an MMO and what would you say is the single most important quality a GM could possess? I won’t say it is hard. I will say it requires a great deal of dedication to the game and to the community. Many days can be trying and most of the players have contacted you because they are upset or have a problem. Patience is a very valuable quality for a Game Master as is being a quick thinker. You must believe in what you are doing and saying to the players. It is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done.
