Psionicists(sp?) are pretty cool. They have like a set bar of mental power. They can use a portion of it for certain spells to be maintained. Concentration basically. They also have instant powers which take away a portion of their mental power. But they can never use power being taken up by concentrated spells. These spells could be self buff, or some sort of buff on another person.
